Tests to determine early stage of diabetes:

Fasting plasma glucose: This test requires you to fast for eight hours.It is better to do this test at morning before you have your breakfast.This test determines that how your body is handling glucose levels on empty stomach. FPG test reveals that  Blood sugar levels are between 100 to 125 ml/dl you have diabetes.Blood sugar levels lower than that means you are safe.

Oral glucose test: This test will done after breakfast to know how your body is handling your blood glucose levels after meal.Level range is 140 to 199 ml/dl for pre-diabetics.If it is less than 140 ml/dl you are safe from diabetes.

If these test reveals that you are pre-diabetic nothing to worry.You still have time to reverse the symptoms by maintaining a  strict lifestyle.

How to reverse diabetes symptoms naturally?

Exercise everyday: Do 150 minutes of activity every week.To follow this you should contribute 30 minutes on 5 days a week.Where ever you are you should fit them.Such as cycling,brisk walk,aerobics
(preferable when you have time to do).It makes your muscles less dependent on insulin and maintain normal blood sugar levels.


Cut down Carbohydrates : Cut down high carbohydrate food that makes you fat.To reverse the symptoms you should follow strict diet that contains multi-grains,brown rice,vegetables,whole grains,low fat dairy.


Stress free lifestyle: To reverse the diabetes symptoms stress free lifestyle is most important thing.To avoid stress levels do yoga,meditation,get enough sleep and also do breathing exercises that will makes your mind calm.


Keep your body hydrated: To reverse the diabetes symptoms you should keep your body hydrated.Drink enough water it will helps to flush out the toxins and stay hydrated.Better to avoid  soda and caffeine.


Consume more fiber: Consuming more fiber will helps to maintain glucose levels in blood and also helps you to lose fat.So consume fiber rich foods such as raw vegetables,cereals,legumes,fruits etc..
