consumer health groups are researched on household products and warned that they substance capable of causing cancer (or) ingredients causes cancer.

Here are some household products causes cancer:

Nonstick cookware:

                               cookware like pans,pots, and other households which are made of nonstick coating(teflon).It has been controversial for many tears.Main chemical in nonstick coated products have(POFA) which leads to cause cancer.chemicals can get into food which you are preparing once surface become scratched.

                                                       

                                              don't use nonstick pans to cook over 300 degrees,through them away when coating gets scratched.Glass,cast iron,copper, ceramic, are safe.In these also have nonstick coated lines which are free from POFA.

VOC Paints (volatile organic compounds):

                                                                                                                                    According to environment protection agency VOC products leads to cause cancer.Some of the VOC  contained products are paints,vanishes,waxes,pesticides,building materials,furnishing,lacquer coated and some other cleaning products which leads to cause cancer.

• The worst of these chemicals are methylene chloride which is documented to cause cancer.
• Methylene chloride is used in most of the paint strippers,removers,aerosol spray paints.
• These chemical can be converted into carbon monoxide in the body.
• Use products which are less in VOC compounds.(prefer less voc paints than a regular paint.)
• If there is necessary to use VOC products use garages OR open area to prepare  it.

Radon:

       It is an odorless,colorless,tasteless  radioactive gas that come from rock,soil etc......                 (naturally occurring gas).In some countries it is the leading cause of lung cancer after                 smoking.

There is no test to find the radon gas if it is present in your home or not.If you want to find it only way is call to national safety council in that radon helpline is available.they will send a radon detectors those are not expensive you can get them in cheap prices.There is no substitute for radon.Radon may be present in water also which are not sealed and not purified and less amount of minerals you can substitute this by drinking packaged drinking water only which are certified by the national standards.(For every country there are some standards according to that you should follow the rules.) 

Processed meat:

                               Processed meats are added with preservative to make them fresh and appealing.The processed meat such as lunch meat,hot dogs,bacon etc......Those have contain preservatives which are high in sodium nitrite and nitrate these are causes to increase the risk of cancer.So choose the products which are fresh and no added preservatives.

Microwave popcorn:

                                        Microwave popcorn bags are convenient to make but those are lined with chemicals those are linked to cause inability,tumors,liver,pancreatic cancer.The chemical used in the popcorn causes to both lung damage and cancer.So please avoid microwave popcorn.

Diet food products(Soda pop & artificial sweeteners):

                                                   Soda pop leads to cause cancer because it contains    sugar,coloring,chemicals those will acidified the body and literally develop the cancer cells  and along with this other food beverages are also included which causes cancer.Most common  one is artificial sweetener causes  birth defects and cancer.saccharin,sucrose and various  artificial sweeteners also cause cancer. 

Conventional Apples,Strawberries,grapes and dry fruits:

   

                                    By having fruits like apple,grapes,dry fruits,strawberries people think they are eating healthy.Maximum conventional fruits contaminated with cancer causing pesticides.
