10 most deceptive foods that everyone thinks that are healthy but are not:

Fruit juice & Sodas:
                              Fruit juices are may taste delicious but it contains high fructose corn syrup and it contributes the high cholesterol levels in body and also blood clots.Fructose reduces the affinity of insulin which leads to type II diabetes.Recently research found that heavy intake of fructose can have negative effects on liver and increase oxidative stress.


Pasteurized milk:
                         Most of the people assume that milk can keeps the body in healthy condition.But pasteurizing the milk can destroy enzymes and alter fragile proteins in milk.It also reduce the beneficial bacteria and lowers the vitamin content of milk.


Bread:
          Most of the people in any countries prefer bread,because easy to do and tastes good.whole grain do nothing to body.But dark bread it contains more trans fat & corn syrup.Eating too much of dark bread makes you fat.



Muffins:
             Muffins are always attracts and perfect snack.But it contains more calories,unwanted fat,refined flour.Muffins are made up of adding more sugar(artificial sweeteners) which causes skin damage.

                    Many food products are published that are made of whole grains.Whole grains killing you slowly.By consuming grains we may affect with lymphoma,pancreatic,infertility,diabetes,obesity
allergies etc..Grains are toxic to the body.


Protein bars:
                            Protein bars now taken with candy bars which are available in supermarkets,stores.Every one thinks  these are healthy but are not good for health.Many protein bars are using soy protein and count sugar in top 3 it may contributes fungal infections.

Oatmeal:
             Oatmeal is harmless if doesn't have gluten.But who has wheat and gluten sensitivity oatmeal became unsafe.Because farmers grown oats often in fields had previously wheat and barley before oats.


Energy drinks:
                      Energy drink companies say that their product contains amino acids,herbs minerals which boosts our body.But if you closely observe the ingredients it contains caffeine and sugar in high quantity.Caffeine lead to aging and damage of skin cells.

Processed cheese:      
                           Cheese you get  on your burgers are contains so much salt and also it has little nutrition value.processed cheese is pasteurized and it contains fillers and preservatives.


Vitamin enriched water:
                                   Vitamins enriched water sounds good but it have more calories than displayed on label.If you are get bored of drinking plain water,prefer to add lime,lemon,oranges,apple etc and make it as a flavored water. You may prefer vitamin tablets which are free of calories and good for health.
